Savannah delighted her fans as she posed from the open water and enjoying the sunshine. The Chrisley Knows Best star wowed as she modeled a plunging bikini in red. She went for a tight finish while standing at the yacht’s railings and backed by lake waters. Savannah added in a baseball cap and shades as she smiled confidently ahead. Her video also included mash-up moments that featured a workout from her luxurious backyard.
Getting Honest About Her Weight
In a caption, the former South Beach Diet ambassador told her fans: “I look at these videos and photos of myself and I’m honestly so proud…I’ve come a long way. I may only be 25 (well on the 11th😉) but I’ve lived a lot of life. I’ve gone through pain, suffering, heart break, losing myself, and so much more. At 17 When I was competing in pageants, I struggled with a borderline eating disorder.”
Running 6 Miles Minimum
Savannah continued that she would “workout twice a day, not go to sleep until I ran at minimum 6 miles, and I would only eat once a day. I was 5”8 at 110 pounds. I WAS NOT HEALTHY!” Savannah concluded that via lots of therapy, she had finally learned to love and embrace being herself, and she encourages everyone else to do the same.
