Looking to improve your tennis game? Tennis influencer Rachel Stuhlmann gives fans a bunch of tennis tips as she’s got her long dark hair pulled back off her face and wearing her signature gold hops.
Backend Consistency
Wearing a low-cut white t-shirt, Rachel waves at the camera as she tells fans she’s got some tips on how to improve your backend consistency and changing direction. We then see her stretching on the tennis court before hitting a few tennis balls. She has a voiceover playing letting us know that these tips are coming from 2022 champion Taylor Fritz. As she dives into the tips (get your right leg in front, stay low, lean into the ball) she demonstrates her backend as she continues to hit balls.
Two Ball Forehand Domination
This time wearing a burgundy top and black tennis shirt, Rachel tells us she’s going to be teaching us a drill that will get our feet going and help us dominate with our forehand. As she gives the tips she demonstrates them while letting us know where the tips came from – in this case, Casper Ruud’s two ball forehand domination. Rachel looks amazingly fit and great at her game as she demonstrates each tip throughout the clip. Halfway through she must be feeling the intensity of the drill as she takes off her jacket and finishes the clip in a short black tee.
Backhand To Forehand Set Up
In the last clip, Rachel tells us she’s going to be helping us set up our forehand with our backhand. She’s wearing a blue tennis top that zips up and a white tennis skirt. She twirls around and throws us the peace sign before telling us that the drill is inspired by Sascha Zverev’s “backhand to forehand set up.”
